Director, Clinical Research Physician, Oncology

Responsibilities:

1. Fully in charge of Clinical development related tasks for oncology projects as being assigned
2. Responsible for medical science driven interactions with external stakeholders, eg., regulatory agencies, academia, partners.
3. Support internal R&D projects & clinical DD projects
4. Establish strong network and good collaboration with thought leaders/investigators
5. Keep updated with industry/clinical progression

Requirement:

• Educational Qualification: at least master degree in clinical oncology, preferably with PhD degree.  
• Knowledge/Experience: at least 5 years’ experience practicing in clinical oncology department, and/or at least 5 years’ experience managing clinical development related task in the oncology area in reputable pharmaceuticals, preferably with international companies.  Already established network with China and global oncologists.

• Skills: good learning agility, science driven, fluent English language skills, verbal and written. Good skills in communication across functions/culture, planning, Ethics and  Integrity, Valuing Diversity
