Collaborate with cross-functional teams to propose, develop and implement biomarker strategies and disease indications at preclinical to proof-of-concept clinical stage focusing on oncology, immune-oncology or autoimmune disease areas.
Provide scientific input to biomarker and pharmacology translational model-related elements of study design, conduct investigation and data analysis.
Collaborate with internal/external bioinformatics experts to do data analysis.
Publish original observations in top tier peer-reviewed journals and present findings at conferences.
Other translational research related affairs assigned by the line manager and department head.
Ph.D or MD in biology, biochemistry or related discipline with 5+ years of industrial and academic experience working in oncology, immune-oncology or autoimmune product R&D or translational research.
Prior experience playing a leading role in pharmacology research of anticancer therapeutics.
Prior experience and knowledge of cell and molecular assays: flow cytometry, immunoblotting, PCR, IHC, and sequence analysis etc..
Prior experience and knowledge of bioinformatics.
Good interpersonal and coordination skills.
Good written and oral language skills in English and Mandarin Chinese.
